摘要
我院采用诗乐氏SA型消毒液(灭菌王)术前刷手取代了传统的酒精或新洁尔灭泡手。1994年4月两次抽样监测均有菌生长,为此进行了调查。结果表明:灭菌王消毒剂刷手后3分钟(待干)才可形成灭菌屏障,达到灭菌效果,其无菌率为95.89％,是理想可靠的消毒剂。导致监测结果有菌生长的主要原因是采样时机不当所致,提示手术人员术前穿手术衣、戴手套时间必须在灭菌王刷手完毕3分钟(待干)后进行。
The introduction of SA Shileshi disinfectant for hand brushing before operation replaced the traditional alcohol and bromogermine disinfectant for hand immersing. According to sampling monitoring made twice in Apr. 1994,the bacteria developed in the samples, and therefore investigations were made. Results showed-Only in 3 minutes after hand brushing with Miejunwang could the barrier and effect of sterilization be achieved,and the aseptic rate was 95. 8%. The error was mainly due to the improper time of sampling. It is suggested that operators can wear the operating gowns and gloves only in 3 minutes after hand brushing.
