摘要
分析了Fe基与Ti-C直接反应制备Fe-TiC_p复合材料工艺及复合强化的机制,初步优化了工艺参数。结果表明,一定的TiC_p含量有其对应的最佳烧结温度;而烧结保温时间对材料的性能无显著的影响。淬火处理能显著提高Fe基-TiC_p复合材料的硬度及耐磨性。
The prepared mechanism of Fe Matrix-TiC_p composite which worked in direct reaction were discussed in this paper. The process parameters were also become optimum values. The result shows that a certain content of TiC_p requires a given value for optimum sintering temperature. Sintering time has no obvious effects on sintering. After it is quenched, specimen's hardness and wear were improved greatly.
