为进一步调整经济结构,促进地方经济发展,重庆市决心把加快个体私营经济的发展放在战略高度,作为全市经济增长的重要支撑力量来发展。日前,特制定出台了《关于进一步加快发展个体私营经济的决定》,具体包括五大类三十四条优惠政策: 一、进一步放宽市场准入条件。
In order to boost the development of privatelyowne dbusinesses, Chongqing Municipality has recently issued 34 preferential policies, which involve five categories: Ⅰ. Admission to market will be granted with softened terms to increase the number of workers employed by privately-owned businesses and to develop more individual businessmen and privately-owned enterprises. Ⅱ. Support and guide privately-owned businesses to participate in the structural reform of the public-owned enterprise to promote multi-ownship economy. Ⅲ. More support will go to the superior and the stronger to help them to upgrade their quality and level. Ⅳ. Regulations concerning labour and personnel and household registration will be improved to encourge talents to flow to the private economic sector. Ⅴ. Development environment for individual businessmen and privately-owned enterprises shall be optimized to guarantee their legal rights and stimulate their rapid and sound development.
