本文论述了减少给水管道埋深在整个工程设计中的经济地位，研究了管道浅埋的实际意义．影响管道理深的因素，管道浅埋的可能性及管道浅埋的热力计算。
The article dealing with the economical status and practical significance of lessening the depth of water-supply pipeline in the entire engineering design, the factors affacting the shallow - laging of pipelines, and the possibility and thermal calculation of shallow-laging pipelines.
