摘要
本文通过分析福州市土地资源基本特征，对其进行了评价；并针对其利用现状与存在问题，提出了今后开发利用的对策。
Based on the analysis of land resource in Fuzhou city, this article evaluates the land suitability, and analyzes the present situation and problems of the land use, then puts forward the strategy of its future development and utilization.
