摘要
该文系统分析了晋陕蒙接壤区土地荒漠化的现状、起因、以及能源开发和人为活动对加速土地荒漠化的影响。在此基础上明确了治理原则，提出了综合治理土地荒漠化的对策和措施。
The existing situation and causes of desertification in the contiguous area ofShanxi, Shaanxi and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are analyzed. The man-madeactivities and coal resource exploration influencing dersertification are discussed. The comprehensive controlling principle and countermeasures for the desertification are put forward.
