摘要
目的 :研究正常人和不稳定性心绞痛患者的自主神经活性 .方法 :采用心率变异性分析方法对 30名正常人年龄 (38岁～ 5 6岁 )平均 48岁和 2 8名经冠脉造影确诊的不稳定性心绞痛患者年龄 (4 2岁～ 6 8岁 ) ,平均 5 6岁进行分析 .结果 :不稳定性心绞痛患者的 SD,CV ,L F,HF,TF值与对照组间有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) .结论
Aim:To assess the activity of the autonomic nervous system in normals and in the patients with unstable angina (UA ) . Methods:The analysis of HRV were undergone in twenty- eight patients with unstable angina. All these patients underwent selective coronary angiography. Thirty- four healthy men served as control subjects.Results:There are significant differences in value of SD,CV,L F,HF,TF between patients and controls (P <0 .0 1) . Conclusion:Heart rate variability can serve as an method to assess activity of autonomic nervous system
