摘要
本文从ＳＡＲＤ的研究出发，研究了ＳＡＲＤ研究的背景和内在的结构模式并详细说明了ＳＡＲＤ研究的内容．
It is a important and disagreeable problem for those who study the regional SARD now in our country.So based on the theory of sustainable development and theory of SARD,We gives the structural methods and main contents of regional SARD.
