摘要
通过对碳酸氢铵生产中的重要设备—碳化塔内冷却水箱损坏的原因和腐蚀机理进行分析,指出塔内冷却水箱的损坏,主要是由于NH4HCO3结晶的腐蚀、振动机械力剪切及电化学腐蚀引起.结合对碳化塔结构的改造设计。
The carbonating tower is a important equipment in the production of ammonium bicarbonate.It must be noted that the cooling water tank of carbide tower damage usually in small and middle nitrogenous fertilizer plants.The damage is caused by impulse abrasion of ammonium bicarbonate crystal,cooling tubes are sheared and electrochemical corrosion is happened.The last reason is the majorest.The electrochemical corrosion mechanism of cooling water tank and the modes of corrosion prevention are studied.
