摘要
通过“内含报酬率”、“净现值”两项重要的项目评价指标的计算分析，指出了通货膨胀对投资决策存在负面影响，并提出了消除负面影响的途径．
According to the analyse of 'internal rate of return' and 'net present value' that are two important items,the paper points out inflation is very important to the long investment decision and gives the way to get rid of it.
