摘要
在介绍肉毒毒素结构、功能及性质的基础上，简述了治疗用肉毒毒素制品制备、检定、储存和质量规范，并对其应用于临床治疗的国内外情况加以综述，旨在为此毒素的临床应用提供理论依据及实践经验，并指出当前肉毒毒素在培养、提纯、保存及使用上存在的某些问题及今后应深入研究的重点。
おased on the structure, function(pharmacological activity) and properties of bolinum toxin, this review describes briefly the preparation, test, preservation and quality specification of botulinum toxin products for therapeutics, and summarizes its clinical application at home and abroad, in order to provide a theoretical basis and pratical experience to clinic. It also points out some problems on culturing, purification, preservation and application of bolinum toxin and the focus for further study. All these will make the clinical use of botulinum toxin gradually to perfection.
