2BDY-12单体仿形压轮式播种机的性能试验研究 被引量:15

摘要 根据作物播种对行上压密和播深稳定性的要求,改制了2BDY-12型单体仿形压轮式播种机。与2BF-24型播种机及2BY-24型压轮式播种机的田间对比试验表明,用单体仿形压轮式播种机播后土壤松紧程度适宜,土壤密度为1.169g/cm3,播种深度稳定,播种深度变异系数为17.20%,均符合农艺要求。并且出苗提前1~2天,幼苗生长均匀、整齐,单株鲜重、根重、直径、叶面积等生物学指标均优于常规播种。 The uniformity, completeness, and vigor of wheat seedling are most important factors in high yield. These demand a drill with apropriate compaction and consistent drilling depth. In this paper, a 2BDY 12 drill with individual profiling press wheel is developed. Results of field tests in comparison with the 2BF 24 drill and 2BY 24 show that the soil bulk density by 2BDY 12 is 1 169 g/cm 3, and its C.V. is the most small. The soil bulk density by 2BF 24 and 2BY 24 are 1 05 g/cm 3 and 1 06 g/cm 3. The press wheel of 2BDY 12 drill unit follows the field surface, a constant depth of drilling is achieved. C.V. of drilling depth by 2BDY 12 is 17 20% while C.V. by 2BF 24 is 34 29% and C.V. by 2BY 24 is 29 05%. The 2BDY 12 provides an optimum environment for plants based on its apropriate compaction and even drilling depth. Due to this, the emergence of wheat seedling can be moved up 1 ̄2 days. The germination rate, uniformity and vigor of wheat seedling are improved. The biological indexes, such as seedling fresh weight, root weight, leaf area and wheat shoot diameter, are better than the ones with 2BF 24.
