选冶产品中钙镁的物相分析方法

摘要 建立了选冶产品中钙和镁物相的分析方法,可同时测定选冶产品中钙、镁、硫酸盐相;钙、镁氧化物相及其他钙镁相;分相后经苯甲酸铵─铜试剂沉淀分离,取分样进行钙镁连续络合滴定;实现了对钙和镁物相的连续分相测定并获满意结果。 A new method has been developed for chemical phase analysis of calcium and magnesium.After choosing selective solvents and optimizing operations, sulphate, oxide and the other phases of calcium and magnesium in the same sample can be determined. After phase separation,ammonium benzoate/cupron were added as precipitation/separation agents, and then determination was conducted by means of complexometry. The determination of three phases of calcium and magnesium is in sequence for one sample with with featues of rapidity,high accuracy and practicability. Application results are satitfactory.
