摘要
正当防卫既是公民的法定权利，又是道德义务．从分析正当防卫的特征入手，对正当防卫进行了详细分析，提出了新见解．
Defence is not only the legal right of citizen,but also morality duty. This paper analyes the proper defence carefully and proposes some new idea,based on the characteristics of proper defenee.
