摘要
头孢哌酮在NaOH/C2H5OH介质中与盐酸羟胺作用形成一络合剂,可与铁(Ⅲ)反应形成络合物.该 络合物在 NH3- NH4Cl溶液中产生一灵敏的阴极化导数波,峰电位为-0. 86 V(vs. S. C. E.).峰电流与铁(Ⅲ) 浓度在4.6×10-7~4.2×10-6mol/L范围内成线性关系.检测下限为4.0×10-8mol/L.本文对极谱电流的性 质、反应机理及电极过程进行了研究,并对络合物的络合比、条件稳定常数进行了测定.用于矿泉水中微量铁的 测定.
Cefoperazonum and hydroxylamine form a complex agent in the medium of NaOH and C2H5OH. It reacts with Fe(III) to form a complex. This complex produces a sensitive cathodic derivative wave in the NH3-NH4CI solution. The peak potential appears at - 0. 86 V(vs. S. C. E. ) and the peak current is linearly propertied to the concentration of Fe(III) in the range from 4. 6 x 10-7 to 4. 2 x 10-6 mol/L. The detection limit is 4. 0 x 10-8 mol/L. Furthermore, the property of polarographic current, the reaction mechanism and electrode process have been studied. The ratio and the stability constant of the complex have been determined. This method has been used for determining trace Fe(III) in mineral water.
