摘要
探讨了卵黄缓冲液4℃保存后人类精子存活时间的变化。结果表明，经卵黄液处理24h，复温后在第6、12h观察，精子活动率迅速降低，存活时间缩短。提示卵黄液在改善穿卵率的同时，亦存在使精子丢失存活趋于同步的效应。
This study was carried out to investigate the effect of egg yolk buffer at 4℃ condition on human sperm survival the in vitro. The results showed that after undergoing egg yolk biber 4℃ 24 h treatment, sperm survival time become shorten when sperm was transfered from 4℃ into 37℃ incubating condition.
