摘要
本文通过调查研究建设类高等学校理论教学质量状况，提出构建面向21世纪建设类高等学校理论教学质量保证与监控体系，完善其运行机制，以进一步提高建设类人才培养的理论教学质量。
This papers, through the investigation of present conditions of theory teaching quality in construction institutios of higher learning proposes for the 21st century the establishment of the monitor system for guaranteeing the theory teaching quality, perfecting the system's operation mechanics in order to promote further the theory teaching quality to cultivate construction professionals.
