摘要
大学的生存与发展绝不是一种自然而然的进程,这一进程需要大学从其自身发展的逻辑入手,利用合理的发展手段与管理技术才能实现。国内外一流大学的发展实践证明,行之有效的大学发展技术包括:培养合格的人才、构筑学术塔尖、开展社会服务、积累社会资本以及财务上的精打细算等。
The existence and development of a university is anything but a natural developing process, which should start with the university＇ s logic of its own and can only be achieved by reasonable development means and managerial techniques. It has been proved by the domestic and foreign top - ranking universities from their practice that the effective development techniques of university include ： training qualified talents, constructing academic peaks, developing social services, accumulating social capitals, implementing careful financial calculation and strict budget.
