摘要
目的：提高对髓质海绵肾Ｘ线表现的认识。方法：报告１２例髓质海绵肾的Ｘ线平片和ＩＶＰ所见，并作文献复习。结果：本病的Ｘ线平片和ＩＶＰ均有特征性改变。结论：Ｘ线平片和ＩＶＰ是诊断髓质海绵肾的首选方法。
Objective:To enhance the understanding of X-ray manifestations of medullary sponge kidney (MSK). Method: 12 cases with MSK were subject to X-ray plain film and intravenous pyelogram (IVP),the findings were analysed based on the literature review. Results: In all of the cases, characteristic changes in both X-ray plain film and IVP were observed. Conclusion: X-ray plain film and fry were both the first choice of diagnostic method for diagnosis of MSK.
