摘要
针对我国大型火电厂按“新厂新办法”进行的创新实践，进行了相应的理论研究，以期探索符合中国国情的大型火电厂改制之路．
In regard to the real creative work in accordance with 'new ways for new plants', thispaper carries out the theoretical study so as to find a good approach to systetti reformationin large thermal power plants, which is proper for the status quo in China.
