摘要
大学生励志奖学金和助学金评选的常规方法是采用民主集中制原则,评选结果常常引起多人抱怨,据调查对评选结果满意度仅为67.26%,对评选方法满意度为80.77%。采用AHP法更能体现公正公开公平的原则,对评选结果满意度同比可达90.66%,对采用该方法满意度高达94.23%。在评选奖学金时,AHP法优于常规方法,应用AHP法难点在于成对比较矩阵的构造,关键点在于对各指标得分的标准化处理。AHP法可推广到各行各业的先进工作者评比时加以应用。
The system of democratic centralism is applied to the evaluation of encouragement scholarship and assisting scholarship for students. And most students are not satisfied with the results. According to the statistics, the satisfaction of the result is only 67.62%, while the evaluation approach is just 80.77%. When applying AHP approach, the satisfaction could be improved to 90.66% and 94.23% repectively, which illustrates the fair principles in it. AHP approach is superior to the normal method, however, the difficulties lie on pair-comparing matrix and standardized handling the scores. Therefore, AHP approach could be applied into assessing all lines of advanced workers.
