吐玉克深层稠油有杆泵掺稀举升方式选择与现场试验 被引量:1

摘要 吐玉克是迄今发现的埋藏最深的稠油油田,井深、储层物性差和油稠给井筒举升带来了很大的困难。目前,还没有开发类似油藏的先例。本文论述了有杆泵空心杆泵下、泵上掺稀举升技术研究与现场试验情况,并通过研究及现场试验取得了深层稠油井筒举升技术的新突破。泵上掺稀举升工艺使稠油单井日产量由7t/d上升至17t/d,泵挂深度由1700m下深到2200m。此举升方式的试验成功不但是下步加深研究稠油举升技术的基础,而且为油田开发潜力提供了可靠的依据。 So far Tuyuke is the deepest heavy oil field discovered, there isn't a precedent of producing similar oil reservoir in the world. It's very difficult to lift the oil because of high depth, poor reservoir physical properties and high viscosity of the crude. In this paper, we describe a technique of hollow sacker rod pumping adding light oil above and below the pump, and the results of field experiments. Through the study and field experiments, breakthrough of deep heavy oil wellbore lifting technique have been obtained, which increase the production rate from 7t/d/well to 17t/d/well. Pump setting depth increase from 1700m t0 2200m. The succeeded experiments of the technique is not only the basis of further study, but also provide reliable foundation for reservoir potential development.
