摘要
为了解护生在静脉穿刺过程中可能存在的心理障碍及其对穿刺成功率的影响，对１１２名实习护士以问卷的形式进行了心理调查。结果表明，事先接受心理训练的实习护士具有较高的一次静脉穿刺成功率（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示心理障碍是直接影响实习护士静脉穿刺技术的重要因素。
