摘要
为了促进母乳喂养，减少新生儿低血糖的发生率，应用血糖仪对２１２例纯母乳喂养儿进行了血糖动态观察。结果表明：（１）２１２例纯母乳喂养儿４８ｈ内的血糖值随日龄增加而升高，４８ｈ后略有下降；（２）１４２例正常分娩的新生儿血糖随日龄增加而升高；７０例经剖宫产娩出的新生儿血糖值随日龄增加而下降，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。医务人员密切观察及具体指导母乳喂养可维持血糖水平。
