摘要
从三基理论、护理技术操作、护理程序、行为规范、个人爱好与论文答辩等5个方面对65名护士的专业行为进行了综合评价。结果表明,护士所受教育程度和工作年限对专业行为有显著影响(P<0.05)。提示具有大专学历的护士三基理论、护理程序的应用明显好于中专学历的护士;具有5~10年护龄的护士在护理技术操作、应急能力方面优于护龄较短的护士。

result:professional behavior is affected by nurses' educational degree,working age,it suggests
that those with college diplomat is better than with middle degree diplomat in theory and nursing
process,those with 5~10 years nursing age is better in technique and stress ability
