摘要
胃肠减压术后部分患者感腹胀不适，鼻饲有返流现象。为研究胃肠减压管的插入深度，将３７０例随机分为实验组和对照组进行观察。在其他条件相同的情况下，胃肠减压管插入５５～６８ｃｍ，效果满意，两组术后腹胀情况差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），胃肠减压引流量Ｐ＜０．００５。
Some patients feel more or less flatulence after gastro intestinal decompression,there are even reflux through stomach tube The authors undergo asernes of observation,divided 370 cases patients randomly into experiment group (Ⅰ) and control group(Ⅱ).It is found the optimal depth is 55～68cm the condition of flatulence is significautly different between two groups(P<0 01).
