摘要
针对目前高拱坝建设中普遍存在并反映在大体积混凝土材料特性研究的技术薄弱环节,结合二滩水电站建设,对高强度大体积混凝土配合比、大体积混凝土动态强度特性、全级配混凝土试件强度变形特性和损伤断裂特性进行了研究,在我国首次建立了高拱坝混凝土抗裂优化配合比设计系统,首次对地震作用下坝体混凝土特性参数进行了试验研究,完成了全级配混凝土破坏全过程的仿真性研究,丰富了混凝土损伤断裂理论,发展和提高了混凝土材料的试验技术。研究成果经国家鉴定,总体达到国际先进水平。部分中间研究成果已经在二滩工程施工中得到应用。
In view of the universal weak technical links in the construction of high arch dam which are mainly focused on the material properties study on the mass concrete, and in combination with the construction of the Ertan Hydropower Station, the study on the high strength mass concrete mix proportion, the dynamic strength properties of mass concrete and strength deformation and crack properties of fully graded concrete specimen all have been made. A design system of the optimal concrete crack resistance mix proportion for high dam has been set up for the first time in China. The test and study on the concrete characteristic parameters of dam body under the action of earthquake have been made. The imitation study on the whole failure process of the full graded concrete has been finished. All these results enrich the theory of concrete damage and cracking, develop and enhance the test technologies of concrete. The study achievement has reached the international advanced level, which has been appraised by the State. Some study results have been applied in the construction of Ertan Project.
