摘要
用毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)测定了小鼠脑中的铝,在10mmol/L苄胺和40%甲醇溶液中,Al3+在7min内与其他组分分离,用间接紫外吸收法在 214nm处检测,并以外标法定量,对样品进行5次测定,RDS为2.9%,回收率为96.8%,方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,重现性好,成本低。
Capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE)was used to determine aluminium in mouse brain. In the solution containing 10 mmol/L of benzylamine and 40% methanol, Al3+was separated from the other constituents in 7 min, detected at 214nm by indirect ultraviolet absorption,and quantified externally. Samples were determined 5 times with 2.9% RDS and 96. 8% recovered. This method is convenient and fast with high sensitivity, good repeatability and low cost.
