摘要
Multifunction balloon dilatation catheter used in the dilation of mitral stenosis is designed and manufactured.Discussion about the design and its function of the measuring pressure tube newly added is made.It all is successful that this catheter was used in the procedure of percutaneous transvenous mitral commissurotomy (PTMC),totally 58 patients.This new catheter is easily operated and can measure mitral pressure gradient without left heart catheterization preventing the complications,compared with the double lumen balloon catheter.
