摘要
目的 寻找一种高效、无毒、无刺激、广谱、价廉的乙肝病毒消毒剂。方法 按卫生部消毒技术规范进行。结果 戊二醛对HBsAg 有一定的破坏作用,而新洁尔灭作用很差,但由戊二醛和新洁尔灭组成的复方G-L消毒剂(A)10 m in 可灭活HBsAg。
Objecitve To find out a effective, inirritative, eurytopicite and cheap disinfectant of inactivating hepatitis B virus. Methods The experimental study is following Standardization Technique of Disinfection issued by Ministry of Health. Results Gluaradehyde has a little effect in inactivating hepatitis B virus. Liquor bauzolkoni bromidi has little effect. But G L disinfectant(A), which is complex of gluaradehyde and liquor bauzolkoni bromidi, can inactivate HBsAg in 10 minutes. Conclusion G L disinfectant has a significant effect on inactivating HBsAg.
