摘要
淮南矿务局潘三矿自建井以来共发生十多次煤及瓦斯突出，给煤矿生产造成严重危害，通过对典型实例的描述、结合矿井地质资料的分析，认为媒矿及瓦斯突出与矿区的地质构造带有直接的关系，且分布范围局限，建议对地质构造应力较为集中的地带进行监控、分析、预测。
More than ten times of outburst of coal and gas in the Pansan mine have severely affected the production of coal since theestablishment of the mine. It is concluded by means of description of typical cases and analysis on geological dsta of the mine that the ge-ological structures are directly responsible for local outburst of coal and gas of the mine. Finally, supervision, analysis and forecast aresuggested on the sections at the concentration of geological stress.
