摘要
针对方腔式发射装置由于毛坯弯曲过大,导致零件最终壁厚尺寸超差,报废率高的问题,给出了第一次粗加工后就挑选毛坯的方法;对于已经进行多道工序加工的缺陷毛坯,给出了补救措施。实际应用结果表明,零件的交检合格率提高,效果良好。
Because the roughcast of launcher's shell has great bending deformation,the product size is over tolerance frequently,and the waste rate is high. To resolve the problem,the paper gives the method of selecting roughcast after the first machining. About the roughcast with bend problem after many machining,the paper gives remedial measures. The practice outcome indicates that the way can improve the pass rate. It has a good effect.
