摘要
1Cr19Ni9钢在超高压锅炉受压件上属首次使用。通过对其焊接性能进行分析,选用适宜的焊接方法、焊接材料、检测手段,采取相应的质量控制措施,制定适宜的焊接工艺,确保产品焊接接头性能符合《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》和产品技术条件要求。
1Cr19Ni9 steel is used on pressure parts of the ultra high pressure boiler at first. Based on the analysis of the welding properties, this paper selected the suitable welding methods, welding materials, inspection methods, and adopted corresponding measures for quality control ,to ensure the welding joints quality to meet the requirements of product technology specification.
