摘要
结合对城市高层建筑物进行沉降观测的多年实践经验,从建筑结构设计和土力学的渗透固结原理出发,利用沉降实测资料,对建筑物土体地基的稳定性问题进行了探讨,总结出不同情况下的最终稳定沉降量及稳定时间的推算方法,并用实例验算,提出了观测建议。
Thispaperdiscussed the stability ofthe base of buildings according to thetheory of soil mechanicsand experiencesofdeformation monitoring.The authoralsosum marizedthe methods to evaluatethe valueofstablesubsidenceand stable period based on thesurveying data.Then some examplesand suggestions were giveninthe paper.
