摘要
自主开发了静电放电模拟器校验系统,可对静电放电电流波形进行测试。测试系统硬件由新型理工Pommerenke电流靶和高性能示波器等组成。介绍了在LabVIEW平台上开发基于GPIB总线的虚拟仪器的全过程及其硬件和软件要求,通过USB/GPIB接口转换器实现了计算机和示波器的通讯,使用示波器的驱动程序实现了对泰克示波器的完全控制。试验证明该校验系统能很好地完成静电放电电流波形的实时采集测量,并将测试结果存盘以供后续分析处理。这种实现方案显著提高了测试工作的效率、精确度以及自动化程度。
An electrostatic discharge (ESD) simulator calibration system which can measure ESD current waveform was developed. The system is made of new Pommerenke target and high perfermance oscilloscope. The whole development process and the requirement to hardware and software were introduced, in which LabVIEW was applied as the development platform and GPIB was the bus. Based on USB/GPIB interface adaptor and oscilloscope instrument driver, remote control of Tektronix oscilloscope was realized. It was proved by experiments that the calibration system can complete ESD current waveform real time acquisition and data collection. The testing data are transferred to computer and stored. The solution highly enhances test efficiency, precision, and automation of the whole System.
