摘要
所谓高技能人才就是指高级工、技师和高级技师等技术应用性人才,高等职业教育的主要任务是培养高技能人才,通过产学合作人才培养模式,全力培养高技能人才是新时期我们面临的重要任务。只有通过多形式、多角度、多层面实施产学合作人才培养模式,才能培养适应社会需要的高技能人才。
High-skilled Talents refer to experts of technology applications, such as advanced workers, technicians and senior technicians. The primary mission of higher vocational education is to train highly skilled talents. Cultivating highly skilled talents is the important task existing in a new situation, which is implemented through the cultivating pattern of combining learning with ＂working. Only through implementing the cultivating pattern of industry-university cooperation via multi-forms, multi-layers and multi-angles, can high-skilled talents be trained to meet the requirements of society.
