Literature Review on Networking Programming of Service Parts Logistics

摘要 服务备件物流是物流管理的一个重要方面,越来越引起各方面的关注。由于服务备件的多品种、高库存成本、低需求的特点,如何规划库存是其中的重点问题。本文对以库存管理为核心的服务备件物流管理的国内外研究成果进行了详细分析,从库存共享的模型设计和研究方法两方面对目前的研究成果进行了梳理,提出了虚拟库存、多备件等基于库存共享的服务备件物流网络规划的进一步研究方向。 Service parts logistics is an important field in logistics management, which includes much of research achievements. Considering the high cost of service parts and very low part demand rates, it is not economical to have a large stock of parts at all inventory locations. The paper does a literature review on service parts logistics, especially on parts inventory management. According to the research result, service parts logistics network programming based on inventory pooling is given as a further research direction especially about inventory pooling among the different distribution center with multi-item and multi-echelon.
