摘要
本文分别从人事管理制度的系统性、人才培育目标的明确性和内部教育形式的多样性几个方面,剖析了日本企业人才培育制度的成功之处。同时,针对目前国内高校经贸日语专业在专业培养方案、人才培养目标和课堂教学模式等方面存在的主要问题,提出了相应的教学改革建议。
This paper has analyzed the success of Japanese enterprises' ways to foster special talents separately from the systematicness of its personnel management system, the clearness of its aim to foster talents and the diversity of its inner educational forms. Meanwhile, aiming at the main problems existed in the college teaching in Economy and Trade Japanese at present in China such as the specialized subject plans, the aims to foster talents and teaching ways in class, this paper has put forward the suggestions to refonn teaching ways accordingly that colleges can foster much more excellent students in Economy and Trade Japanese to meet the demands of many Japanese invested enterprises and the whole society.
