摘要
为调查职业学校教师教育类公共课程培训的现状和质量,总结培训经验、成果并发现存在的问题,根据教育部职成司文件的精神,湖南农业大学科技师范学院LBZD075课题组对47所职教师资培训基地的教育类公共课程培训情况进行了实地调研。调查结果显示各培训基地的公共课程设置及培训虽然已经取得了一定的成效,但也还存在着一些不同程度的问题,针对这些问题,提出了一些适当的建议和措施。
To investigate the status and quality of vocational college teachers＇ public courses training, summarize the training experience, results and find the existence problems, according to the spirit of document of Vocational and Adults Education Division of Educational Ministry, LBZD075 group of Science and Technology Teachers College of Hunan Agricultural University have investigated vocational education teachers＇ educational public courses training status. The result shows that training has achieved some success, but also existed some problems, in view of these problems, the article also put forward some appropriate recommendations and measures.
