摘要
在中共中央、国务院以及全社会高度重视的背景下,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育已经成为新时期大学教育的重点工作。其中,培养大学生的创新精神和实践能力,特别是他们的科技创新能力成为全面推进素质教育的重中之重。本文从解析大学生科技创新在素质教育中的地位和作用入手,分析了依靠科技创新活动的大力开展,增强大学科技创新能力,推进大学生素质教育的意义,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
To deepen the educational reform and promote the education for students＇ all round development has become more significant in the new era＇s higher education under the social context in which CPC Central Committee, State Council and the whole society have jointly paid great attention to higher education. In the education for all round development, it is of essential importance to.cultivate university students＇ abilities of science and technology innovation. In this article the author has put forward some understanding of its significance and how to promote the activities to cultivate university students＇ abilities of science and technology innovation.
