摘要
在橡胶制品的生产工艺过程中,半成品的准备是一个很重要的工序,对制品的质量和生产效率有很大的影响。传统的生产工艺中,半成品的准备工作费时又费力,可用压出机挤出片状胶料、或是挤出胶绳再切成圆柱形,也可用炼胶机出片成胶条或冲切、剪切成所需的形状。
This article introduces 3 specs of rubber precision preformers' structure, principle, productive efficiency and stock's manufacturing accuracy. These new type equipments can substitute the traditional manufacturing methods of stock, multiply the productive efficiency, save rubber materials, and improve the stock's manufacturing accuracy.
