阿德福韦酯治疗拉米夫定诱导的YMDD变异株感染慢性乙型肝炎 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究阿德福韦酯治疗拉米夫定耐药性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及安全性。方法选择拉米夫定耐药患者44例,其中(A组)21例接受阿德福韦酯和拉米夫定合用3个月后,停用拉米夫定,单用阿德福韦酯1年,B组23例给予阿德福韦酯加拉米夫定治疗1年。结果A、B两组治疗12月时,患者ALT复常率分别是61.9%,82.6%;HBV DNA阴转率分别为42.8%,78.2%,HBeAg阴转率分别是11.1%,26.3%。结论阿德福韦酯治疗拉米夫定耐药性慢性乙型肝炎有效,长期联合拉米夫定能提高HBV DNA阴转率。
