摘要
我国是世界上急性肝衰竭和终末性肝病发病人数最多的国家。目前,这两种疾病治疗的唯一有效手段是进行肝移植。但肝脏供体紧缺制约了移植手术的发展。组织工程学是解决肝脏生物制造最有效的方法,但是肝组织工程的发展依然需要克服一系列技术挑战,包括种子细胞种类、来源;支架材料性能和结构的要求;组织、器官体外培养和构建等方面等难题。我们相信随着科学技术的不断发展,在不久的将来,通过组织工程方法必将成功构造一个具有各种生理功能的可移植的肝脏。
China is the country which hold the highest incidence rate of acute and chronic liver disease. Liver transplantation is the only effective way for the disease. However, its clinical development is hampered by the shortage of organ supply. Tissue engineering appeares the most promising therapy for hver diseases. However, there are many technical challenges including the cell source, nontoxic and biocompatible material in vitro cultivation of the construct. With the fast development of technology, a functional tissue engineered liver capable of transplantation will be constructed successfully in the near future.
