摘要
侦查策略的基本理论有必要深入研究。通过将侦查策略置于侦查学学科体系中进行考察,明确侦查策略不能异化为侦查方法的一部分。通过区分侦查策略与侦查谋略、侦查行为以及侦查技术之间的关系,明确侦查策略"对抗性"之时空条件,能够解决侦查策略本身的立论问题。
It is necessary for an in-depth study on the basic theory of the investigative strategy. By studying on the investigative strategy under the system of investigation theory, we understood that it cannot be alienated as an investigative method. By distinguishing the investigative strategy from the investigative tactic, the relationship between the investigative behaviors and investigation technology, we declared the ＂antagonism＂ in terms of time and space of the investigative strategy, which can solve the problems about the investigation strategy.
