摘要
旅游消费者享有法定的安全权,但随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,其安全权的实现却陷入困境。结合我国立法和执法的现状,对其困境进行了探析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Tourist consumers take safety rights, but with the rapid development of tourism industry, it brings some problems to protect their safety rights. Combined with the current situation of legislation and enforcement of law, this paper studies on the plight and its way out.
