摘要
关于徽商崛起原因的研究,是历史问题,也是经济问题,更是财务问题。本文从财务视角出发,试图在分析影响徽商崛起财务因素的基础上,探讨文化、资本、制度之间的互动机理,以及这种互动机理对于徽商崛起的重大贡献,从而得出基于财务视角分析的徽商崛起的本质原因,即徽商文化、人力资本、控制制度是徽商崛起的重要条件,而且他们之间的互动机理则是徽商崛起的决定性因素。
The research on the reason of Huizhou Merchants Prosperity is a historical problem, and is also an economic problem, and even is also a financial problem, from the aspect of finance, the paper try to discuss the Interaction Mechanism of culture,capital and system, and its material contribution to Huizhou Merchants Prosperity on the basis of analyzing the financial factors of Huizhou Merchants Prosperity. At last the paper try to conclude the essence reason of Huizhou Merchants Prosperity from the aspect of finance. Huizhou culture, human capital and the control system are the important condition for the rise of Huizhou merchants, and their interaction between the mechanism of it is the decisive factor in the rise of Huizhou merchants.
