本文概述了从末端治理到清洁生产的历程及清洁生产的涵义,并在此基础上简要介绍了推行清洁生产的几项有力措施。
The article discussed the development course from Contiol of the-end-pipe to clean production,and therrfore defined the Clean production and proposed measurements for improving Clean production.
