摘要
[目的]调查分析深圳市某医院一起院内感染事件的原因。[方法]参照《消毒技术规范》(1991)中的微生物污染监测技术进行采样,依据《卫生防疫微生物检验操作规程》和GB15982—1995进行细菌培养, 并应用ATB检测仪对可疑菌落测定。[结果]从患者切口分泌物、手术室空气和无菌手术包中均分离出科氏葡萄球菌亚种。[结论]此次院内感染事件主要是由科氏葡萄球菌亚种引起的。
Objective: To investigate an infected incident in a hospital of ShenZhen city. Methods: We took the samples according to the technology of examining microbial pollution of Disinfectant Technology Criterion (1991), cultured the bacteria in accordance with the Operational Regulations Of Examining Microbe Of Epidemic Prevention and GB15982 - 1995, and then check up the suspicious colony by ATB test apparatuso Results: We obtained the Staphylococcus Cohnii from the secretion of incision of patients, the air of operating room and the sterile operating package. Conclusion: The infected accident was mainly caused by Staphylococcus Cohnii.
