摘要
在4.5MPa压力,一定工业组成范围和反应温度下,用内循环无梯度反应器研 究CQ-202铜 基催化剂上CO和CO_2同时加氢合成甲醇的宏观动力学,获得宏观动力学模型,并进行了参 数估值。考察了温度、组成对甲醇合成效率因子的影响。通过模型值与实测数据比较, 其相对误差均小于10%。表明在本研究的压力、温度和组成浓度范围内模型是适用的。
The reasonable synthetic methanol macrokinetics model s for the CO and CO2 hydrogenation on CQ 202 copper catalyst were obtained by optimization of expe rimental data and estimation of parameters. The factors such as temperture and composition, in fluencing on ξm were examined. The models were proved to be correct within a certain range of te mperature, pressure and composition by comparing the calculation values with the experiment al values.
