摘要
通过摇瓶培养条件试验确定了强聚硒酵母最适发酵条件:麦芽汁1%,初始硒浓度20μg/mL,在其发酵进入到对数生长期后再添加亚硒酸钠使硒浓度达到60μg/mL,接种量为10%,在28℃2、00 r/min的摇床上培养29 h。在此条件下,强聚硒酵母生物量(干重)达到8.25 g/L,酵母细胞中硒含量达到1230.21μg/g。
By ultraviolet Mutagenesis we have screened and gained a strain Yeast with high biomass and resistance to Se. After fermentation experiments ,we have ascertained that its biomass is up to 6.23 g/L, and its selenium content of the cells is up to 656.43μg/g, rising 1.42 times and 1.265 times as before the Mutagenesis respectively.
